Polycolon is new yarn from Fortissima/Socka that combines wool with polypropylene to make warm, dry and breathable socks. polypropylene has long been used in sports clothing to wick moisture and make clothing feel more comfortable. The combination of these two fibers brings out the best charactoristics of both fibers. Each 50 gr. skein contains 210 yds and knits to a gauge of 8 st/in. Variegated colors are put up in 100 gr. balls with 420 yds.
